Requirements
Foreign employer: the company must be registered outside of Thailand.
Work experience: minimum 5 years in the relevant area in the last 10 years.
Income: at least USD 80,000 annually for the last 2 years. If income is lower (USD 40,000 – 80,000/year), it is accepted if you have a master's degree, registered intellectual property, or experience in technology startups.
Medical insurance: minimum coverage of USD 50,000 valid in Thailand or deposit in a Thai account.
