Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age.
Valid passport (generally valid for the duration of the stay).
Demonstrate that you work remotely using digital technology (remote or freelance employment for employers/clients outside of the Philippines).
Sufficient income from abroad to support yourself (proof is usually required; a suggested figure is about US$24,000 per year, although this will be confirmed in the final rules).
International health insurance valid for the entire duration of the visa.
Clean criminal record certificate (police clearance) from your country of residence.
Not to be employed in the Philippines or to perform work activities for companies or clients based in the country.
Not to pose an internal or external security risk to the Philippines.
In some cases, being a citizen of a country that also offers visas similar to those offered to Filipinos and where the Philippines has consular representation may influence eligibility and processing location.
Payment of visa fees and submission of required documents (form, contracts, statements, etc.).
