Not being a citizen of the EU/EEA/Switzerland.
Working remotely for a foreign company or as a freelancer with clients outside of the Czech Republic.
Have a profession in the IT sector or be highly qualified (programmers, developers, software engineers, etc.).
Prove stable income sufficient to support yourself in the country (suggested minimum: €2,500/month).
Medical insurance valid in Czechia.
Passport valid for the entire period of stay.
Clean criminal record.
