Requirements
Not to have EU, EEA or Swiss nationality.
Working remotely for a foreign company or clients outside of Spain (max. 20% of income in Spain).
Provide proof of at least 3 months with your current employer or 1 year as a self-employed worker.
Have a university degree or more than 3 years of professional experience.
Minimum income: 200% of the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (~€2,334/month in 2025) plus extra for dependents.
Private health insurance valid in Spain.
Clean criminal record certificate for the last 5 years.
